These Terms and Conditions regulate the request, confirmation and provision of cab and transfer services offered through the website

By submitting a request through the booking form, the user declares to have read and accepted these terms.

2. Purpose and scope of the service

The service consists of cab transfers and / or private transfers, mainly from Santa Susanna (Barcelona),
to airports, train stations (including AVE), ports and other destinations requested by the customer.

3. Reservation request and confirmation

  • Reservation requests can be made through the form on the Web Site, by telephone or by e-mail.
  • The request does not imply automatic confirmation. The service will be considered booked only when the provider confirms availability and conditions by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • It is recommended to make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Requests with less notice may be accepted or rejected depending on availability.

4. Information provided by the customer

The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information for the provision of the service:
pick-up point, destination, date and time, number of passengers, luggage and any special needs (e.g. accessibility).
Lack of information or incorrect information may affect the provision of the service or the punctuality of the transfer.

5. Prices, rates and supplements

  • The rates published on the Web Site may be indicative and subject to variations depending on service conditions (schedule, destination, number of passengers, luggage, waiting times or others).
  • Where applicable, supplements (e.g. for airport pick-up/departure or for groups of 5 or more passengers) will be applied as indicated on the fare page or confirmation.
  • Before providing the service, the customer will be informed of the estimated or agreed price and any applicable supplements.

6. Payment and deposit on reservations

  • For certain reservations a minimum payment or deposit may be required to guarantee the service.
  • If requested, the client will be informed of the amount, method of payment and conditions prior to final confirmation of the reservation.

7. Punctuality, pick-ups and waits

  • The provider undertakes to perform the service as punctually as possible.
  • The customer must be ready at the pick-up point at the agreed time.
  • Waiting times may have an additional cost according to the rates in force, especially on holidays or special conditions.

8. Airports, trains and schedules

  • For airport or station pick-ups, the customer should provide, where possible, relevant data (flight number, time, terminal, etc.).
  • In case of flight or train delays, the customer must notify us as soon as possible. The adaptation of the service will depend on availability and may lead to price adjustments or waiting times.

9. Cancellations and modifications

  • If you need to modify or cancel a reservation, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email.
  • Last minute cancellations or no-shows may incur charges, especially if a deposit was required or if the vehicle has already left.
  • In case of prepayment or deposit, the refund conditions will be informed at the time of confirmation.

10. Rules of use during service

  • For safety reasons, all passengers must wear seat belts when required.
  • The client is responsible for the correct conduct of the passengers and the care of the vehicle. Damages caused by improper use may be claimed.
  • If a child seat is required, this must be indicated when making the reservation request (subject to availability).

11. Limitation of liability

The Provider shall not be liable for delays or incidents caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control
(traffic, accidents, adverse weather conditions, road closures, flight/train delays, etc.).
In any case, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative or solution.

12. Data Protection

The personal data provided will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Website.

13. Applicable Legislation

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals
that correspond according to law.
